Our union was started as a way to help veterinary support staff reclaim their voice in their practices.  The NVPU is fighting for better benefits, increased pay, transparent policies, and to give veterinary support staff more control over the direction of their work life.  Our movement is gaining ground across the country, and we are excited to partner with larger unions – including the IAMAW – to help further our cause!
